Thabamati Luxury Camp

Thabamati Luxury Tented Camp is a small and exclusive tented camp located in the well-known Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, part of the Greater Kruger area. With only four luxurious safari tents and room for a maximum of eight guests, you will enjoy an intimate and personal safari experience with peace and quiet and close proximity to nature.
The communal areas are open and stylishly decorated with nature as the obvious backdrop. There is a lounge, bar, and dining room with a relaxed atmosphere, as well as a small library for quiet moments. Outside, there is an infinity pool and a viewing platform where you can relax and look out over the water and the landscape.
The tents are spacious and tastefully decorated in classic safari style with modern details. Each tent has its own seating area, desk, and private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, as well as a lovely outdoor shower where you can shower surrounded by the sounds of the bush. Here you can start the day with a coffee in your private area before the safari – or just enjoy the tranquility and the feeling of being in the middle of the wilderness. In the evening, the day often ends with dinner in the atmospheric boma under the African starry sky.
