Thabamati Luxury Tented Camp is a small, exclusive tented camp located in the renowned Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, part of the Greater Kruger area. With only four luxurious safari tents and space for a maximum of eight guests, you’ll enjoy an intimate and personalized safari experience characterized by tranquility and closeness to nature.
The common areas are open and beautifully decorated, with nature serving as the natural backdrop. Here you’ll find a lounge, bar, and dining room, as well as a small library. Outside, an infinity pool and a viewing area await, where you can relax and gaze out over the water and the landscape.
The tents are spacious and furnished in classic safari style with modern details. Each tent has its own seating area, desk, and private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, as well as a lovely outdoor shower where you can shower surrounded by the sounds of the bush. Here, you can start your day with a cup of coffee in your private space before the safari or simply enjoy the tranquility and the feeling of being in the heart of the wilderness. In the evening, the day is rounded off with dinner under the African starry sky.
