A culinary journey through Cape Town
This food tour is an inspiring experience filled with history, culture, and hidden culinary gems in Cape Town. Through encounters with people and flavors, you will gain a deeper understanding of their history and background. You will meet passionate chefs and food artisans and visit selected food and drink stops. During the walk through the city center, the city's history of slavery and apartheid will also be touched upon, before the tour ends on Wale Street near Bo-Kaap.

Kayaking with penguins
The kayak trip starts at Simonstown Jetty, where you will be provided with all the necessary equipment. Together with your guide, you will paddle out into Simons Bay and on towards False Bay, along the walls of the raft base, which are rich in marine life. During the trip, you will pass small penguin colonies and paddle all the way to Boulders Beach, where you will experience the African penguins from the water, often coming very close. The guides will share their knowledge about the penguins and wildlife in the area. The tour is adapted to weather conditions and is suitable for everyone, even beginners, as the kayaks are stable and easy to handle.

Township and Robben Island
You start the day by immersing yourself in South Africa's apartheid history with a visit to District Six and the interactive District Six Museum. This is followed by a guided walk that gives you a sense of what District Six once looked like and what life was like there. The journey continues to Langa, the oldest township in southern Africa. Here you will encounter a vibrant local community with markets filled with art, crafts, and local produce. During the visit, you will also meet a traditional healer and learn more about indigenous healing arts and traditions. At lunchtime, you will head to the Nelson Mandela Clock Tower and board the ferry to Robben Island. Once there, a guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site where Nelson Mandela and other political prisoners were imprisoned awaits. The visit provides a powerful, personal, and memorable insight into South Africa's journey to freedom.

Excursion to Cape Good Hope
Join us on a captivating coastal journey that begins with a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast towards Camps Bay, where you can enjoy impressive views of the Twelve Apostles mountain range. At Hout Bay Harbour, you can choose between a boat trip out to Duiker Island to see the seals, or strolling around the local markets in the harbour. The journey continues along the spectacular Chapman's Peak Drive, known for its dramatic rock formations and magnificent views of the sea, on to Cape of Good Hope National Park. Here we visit the southwesternmost point of Africa and explore the Cape Point lighthouse. During the day, you will have lunch at a restaurant recommended by your local guide. We then continue to Boulders Beach to visit the large colony of African penguins. If time permits, we will end the day with a leisurely stroll through the lush Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, one of the world's most beautiful botanical parks.

Cape Town highlights
Start the day with a visit to the iconic Table Mountain, where you take the cable car to the top and enjoy a fantastic view of the city. After the descent, continue on a scenic tour through Cape Town's coastal neighborhoods, such as Camps Bay, Clifton, and Sea Point. The tour also passes historic sites such as the Castle of Good Hope, City Hall, and Houses of Parliament. Afterwards, enjoy a peaceful walk through Company's Gardens, a green oasis in the heart of the city, surrounded by historic landmarks and monuments. The day ends in the colorful Bo-Kaap neighborhood. Here you will find the iconic, colorful houses associated with the Cape Malays who settled in the area.

Sunset cruise
The sunsets in Zanzibar are magical. Experiencing them from a dhow in the Indian Ocean is something out of the ordinary. A dhow is a traditional wooden boat used by the local population mainly for fishing. With the wind in your sails, you can enjoy the red horizon and it is a perfect opportunity to take beautiful photos. Drinks, fruit, and snacks are served on the boat. If you wish, you can also add a BBQ on the beach.

Day trip to Kilimanjaro
If you want to get the experience of Kilimanjaro without climbing it, a day trip is the perfect activity for you. Early in the morning, you will go to Marangu Gate, which is 1,843 m above sea level, and then hike, surrounded by rainforest, up to Mandara Hut at 2,700 m above sea level. There you will have a well-deserved lunch and if you are lucky you can see the summit of Kilimanjaro from here. Then you start the journey back down. Depending on your pace, the trip takes about 8 hours in total.

Tour of Stonetown
Stonetown is a maze of streets and a guided tour will give you an insight into its interesting history. You'll see the old fort, Freddie Mercury's childhood home and many other buildings that reflect times gone by. Here you will find traces of Indian, Chinese, Arab, Dutch and British culture combined with the typical African Swahili culture. During the tour you will stop at the famous spice market and also stop at the slave museum to get an insight into the dark history of the island.

Walking safari
Walking on the savannah is a powerful and nerve-wracking experience. The experience is completely different to a jeep safari as you avoid car engines and also get to see the animals and surroundings from a completely different perspective. On the tour you can see elephants, giraffes, zebras and antelopes, among others. An armed ranger will be with you so you can feel completely safe. The tour takes about 1-1.5 hours.

Cooking course
In Jambiani, Okala is a small and charming restaurant. The restaurant is mostly made of coconut trees. The name comes from the chef, Mr Okala, who learned to cook from his grandmother. Okala is passionate about sustainability issues and all ingredients are locally sourced. He will show you the methods of Swahili cooking and together you will enjoy a delicious and tasty meal.

SUP trip in Mangrove Swamp
Want to see something other than palm-covered beaches and get a mix of adventure and relaxation? Then a trip on a stand up paddle board in Zanzibar's mangrove swamps is the perfect activity. There are 8 different species of mangrove trees and amazing bird and animal life. You'll have a guide with you to tell you about the fascinating surroundings and help you manoeuvre your SUP. The tour works well for beginners and professionals alike. If you'd rather paddle a canoe, you can do that instead.

Snorkeling to Pungume corals
This day trip starts with a sail in a traditional dhow to Pungume corals, one of Zanzibar's best snorkelling spots. Here you can see what Zanzibar looks like under the surface and swim with exotic fish. After snorkelling, the tour continues to a sandbank where you can swim, sunbathe and relax. This while a delicious BBQ consisting of sea delicacies is prepared. On your way back you can enjoy the view and a cold drink.

Spend the night in a Maasai village
The Maasai have lived in the Ngorongoro area for hundreds of years. They live a simple life and are still relatively disconnected from the modern world. If you want to experience something out of the ordinary, you can stay overnight in the tents of a Maasai family for a night. You'll get a unique insight into their daily lives, milking cows, herding goats and spending time with them in front of an open fire in the evening.

Spice tour
Zanzibar is called the Spice Island because it was once the centre of the world's spice trade. This spice tour takes you to a plantation visited by few other tourists and here you will smell, taste and learn about different spices. Depending on the season, you can find vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, lemongrass, cumin, pepper, oregano, coriander and many more spices. Before returning home, you will be served lunch made from ingredients from the plantation.

Tour in Makunduchi
In the village of Makunduchi you'll find red mud houses, banana plantations, large mango trees and children playing football. The villagers here live a typical Zanzibari life at a leisurely pace. During the tour you will pass the village school, try to get water from the local well, visit a family making coconut ropes, talk to the locals and try local specialities. If you prefer to cycle, there is a possibility to do so.

Meet a local
The locals in Tanzania are generally very friendly and happy to share their traditions. On this tour of Moshi, you'll get a glimpse of what their daily lives are like. You'll stroll around with a lovely guide and can take a ride in their traditional tuktuk, visit a classic market or have a beer in a local bar. You choose how long the tour will be and what you are interested in seeing and doing.

Coffee and waterfall tour
Northern Tanzania is famous for its coffee districts, which are set in hilly and beautiful surroundings. The day starts with a walk of about 1 hour to Materuni Waterfall which is beautifully situated in a lush green setting. You will then travel to a coffee farm where you will have lunch made from local products You will then be involved in the whole coffee process, from a coffee bean to a steaming cup, which is an interesting experience involving all the senses. The tour runs from about 9.30 - 15.30.

Walk in the rainforest
The rainforest, Jozani forest, is the largest forest and the only national park on Zanzibar. The dense forest is home to the rare red colobus monkey, which lives only on Zanzibar. Here you will also find many other monkeys, reptiles, birds, butterflies and tropical trees. A tour takes about 45 minutes and the environment is changing with tall eucalyptus trees but also mangrove swamps full of fish and crabs.

Balloon ride over the Serengeti
Travelling silently across the savannah and seeing Serengeti's many animals and landscapes from a bird's eye view is a magical experience. The tour is done early in the morning and in addition to the chance to see a morning hunt, you can enjoy the sun slowly rising on the horizon. The balloon ride takes about an hour and when you land you will be served champagne and a breakfast in the bush.

Canoe safari
Going on a canoe safari is an exciting experience. For 2 hours you will glide through the water. From the canoe you have the opportunity to see hippos, but also other animals that come down to the water to drink. There are also many exotic birds in the area. You will have an experienced guide with you in the canoe, so you can feel completely safe and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Ngorongoro Crater Walk
It is an amazing feeling to stand on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater and look down into the 600-meter-deep crater. You will probably not see any animals up close, but at the bottom you can see lots of moving dots and get a sense of how many animals actually live down there. This tour takes about 1-1.5 hours and you will be accompanied by a local guide.

Emerson has two of Stonetown's most beautiful historic buildings, both with roof terraces offering 360° views of the city and magical sunsets. At Emerson Hurumzi, you can enjoy a three-course dinner in authentic Arabic style, sitting on cushions while traditional live music often plays in the background. Emerson Spice serves a seven-course tasting menu featuring local ingredients, fresh seafood, and creative spice combinations, offering a true fine dining experience.

Visit to Uzi Island
The trip to Uzi Island is a unique one as the island is not known to tourists and the inhabitants live an isolated life. The majority are fishermen or farmers. After a boat ride across to the island, Abdullah will meet you and then you will go on a tour around the island on the family ox cart, getting a chance to visit the locals and try local sweets, among other things. Afterwards, you'll have lunch at the home of Abdullah's family. The day ends with a wooden canoe ride through the fascinating mangrove forests.

Day trip to Lake Chala
A popular activity is a day trip to Lake Chala. This is a crater lake that is 100 metres deep and located near the border with Kenya. The lake is known to change colour from dark blue to green and turquoise. The views are very nice and it is a lush and relaxing environment to be in. The lake is bordered by a 100 metre high crater rim. Along the way you are likely to see monkeys and it is an area with a lot of birds. If it is not cloudy, you will see mighty Kilimanjaro on the way. If you want, you can go for a kayak trip on the lake.

Bathing in hot springs
Kikuletwa hot springs is an oasis surrounded by greenery. Here you can take a relaxing dip in the turquoise crystal clear waters. Fig trees grow all around and there are wooden swings from which you can jump into the water. The water comes directly from the mighty Kilimanjaro. The road here is beautiful, passing through the African countryside, riverbeds and acacia trees.

Visit to Maasai village
Ngorongoro is the realm of the Maasai, and in the surrounding area you will see many colorful Maasai people and Maasai villages. If you wish, we can stop at a village along the way. A visit will give you an insight into the Maasai culture and what their daily life is like. You will be given a tour by a Maasai and have the opportunity to see what it looks like inside the huts. The visit usually takes about 30 minutes.
