De Zeekoe Guest Farm is a unique and personal accommodation along the Garden Route, surrounded by the mighty Swartberg and Outeniqua Mountains.
The property is located about 7 kilometers outside of Oudtshoorn and is a solar-powered, family-owned farm that combines rural charm with sustainability, comfort, and authentic nature experiences. The farm spans approximately 2,000 hectares and is situated in a biologically rich area where over 160 bird species have been observed. There is a great sense of tranquility here, with vast open spaces and a closeness to nature.
De Zeekoe is particularly known for its unique meerkat safari, where you have the opportunity to hike alongside wild meerkats—a rare and memorable experience. The property offers several different room types, ranging from standard and luxury rooms to private cottages with their own pool.
