Angata Camp
This is a small, charming tented camp located at an altitude of over 2,000 meters.
The location is excellent, right near the entrance to the Ngorongoro Crater, making the camp a perfect base for safaris in the crater.
Due to the high altitude, the climate is cooler here, so you rarely miss having a pool. The camp has few tents, which creates an intimate atmosphere.
Each tent is equipped with real beds and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The walls are made of canvas, bringing you close to nature and often allowing you to hear the animals at night. It’s common for buffalo to wander around the camp after dark.
In the evenings, dinner is served in the communal dining tent, where you have the opportunity to socialize and chat with other travelers.
