"We saw more animals than we ever imagined"

Kristian is a real adventurer and chose to spend the night in a Maasai village after his safari trip. Something he says was an incredible experience. He was able to help herd animals, milk cows and learn the Maasai's tricks for making their traditional high jumps.

This family swapped Piteå for Zanzibar over Christmas. Among other things, they chose to go on our popular spice tour where you get a guided tour of a spice plantation. Here you get to try everything from cocoa beans and cardamom to nutmeg and lemongrass and various exotic fruits.

This family took the opportunity to take a hot air balloon ride while in the Serengeti. This was, according to them, an absolutely magical experience and offered great game viewing. On the way down, they passed a leopard resting in a tree, but they were able to land safely a short distance away.

Travelling alone with two children is something that many travellers do. Elin chose to do an adventurous package with a day trip in Kilimanjaro and an overnight stay in a Maasai village. The trip ended with several weeks in Zanzibar.

These couples went on a 17-day safari. An adventure they have dreamed of for many years. They spent many days in the Serengeti, experiencing the great migration and seeing lots of animals. But apparently that wasn't enough because they are already planning to come back again!

Our jeeps have plenty of space and the jeep quickly feels like a small home. Here you can stand up in the shelter of your tent and watch leopards, lions and buffalo. But you can also sit down and just enjoy. Coffee rarely tastes as good as when it's drunk in the middle of the savannah.

On a walking safari in Tarangire, the guide suddenly stops and points to something on the ground. Can you guess what it is? The answer is a dried elephant ear. Luckily, they didn't just see an ear, but also animals such as giraffes, antelopes and elephants.

Our lovely chef has set the table for a lunch out in the open. If you're going on safari, it's better to focus on counting animals rather than calories as our chefs often cook a lot of very good food!

This lovely group was on safari in Selous. They loved being out on safari and didn't want to go home. So we managed to extend their stay so they could spend even more days on the savannah. In the end they had to go home, but they have promised to come back soon!

Gliding along on a canoe while spotting exotic animals is a very special feeling. All you hear are chirping birds and sometimes a giraffe poking its head above the trees. Each canoe is accompanied by a guide so you can focus on enjoying the surroundings.

These guys chose to camp on the savannah. Even though you're usually in the jeep, the days are intense and it's great to come back and just enjoy the surroundings. And at night you don't want to fall asleep straight away as it's exciting to listen to all the animals around.
